LiveFireFeeds L.L.C. is looking for people or fire departments that are willing to host a county. In order to host a county you will need the following. A dedicated computer and a scanner, with an internet connection.
The scanner must be on all the time and dedicated to running that county's fire channels only. A PC with a sound card is required to capture the audio from the scanner. The Audio is then fed to the main server. Your internet connection will have a constant 47-52 Kbps of audio being uploaded continuously to our main server. This amount of data is less then a dial up modem connection.
LiveFireFeeds L.L.C. runs primarily on donations. Depending on the availability of equipment LiveFireFeeds L.L.C. will supply the computer and scanner to run the feed. Again this is depending on the availability of equipment.
